The current scenery presents many theories directed toward only one direction with a look on the individual and its body in a pluralist way.
It is necessary to modernize the old concepts. A continuous reevaluation of the old concepts and the integration of the new ones are necessary, that takes into account the occurred changes in the world since the beginning of the work with the body psychotherapy.
The illusion of the contemporary is that the improvement of the technique is enough to answer the complex questions of the individual.
Freud and Reich concepts of catharsis at first and, then after, the work with high-energy load took the individual to a duality and also to an unbalance. The last century was the time for cure through the catharsis, the power of the fast cure.
Today we think more about the concept of energy, the self-regulation and the relational process. We care about the integration into self and the intensity of movements in order to not brake the defenses of the ego, not traumatize the individual. Catharses with continence, corporal sensations, thoughts and feelings, quality, with interpersonal relations with touch and contact. With insight.
We must place the man in the territory of its own history and enter the narcissism of the current world. Narcissism means the lack of a destination, the construction of itself. The Narcissus, in the contemporary world, is connected to the identity direction alienation. What we see are more and more confused, resigned and competitive identities. A man who had to exactly invent himself characterizes the contemporary narcissist. This establishes the neo individualism.
The man at this moment is distant from his unconscious and his dreams, without a life project. He is not able to have a life direction.
Today, an identity of syntheses is what it must be seeking after. With grounding the construction of the integrative identity becomes possible. It is the answer to leave the conflict and to incorporate the past in the current experience.
To be grounding, nourished and connected it is necessary to have the surrender of the ego which requires that the muscles of the nape of the head are flexible, especially those that binds the head to the neck. Not to lose the head is one of the basic injunctions of our society. But if we don’t give up the ego control, how will we be able to devote ourselves to both body and life, and how we will be able to fall in love or to fall asleep nowadays? (Alexander Lowen)

The speed that the experience scenery of an individual change disables a life project. Without a project it is not possible to find a reason for life. Nowadays, it is necessary to give up some resources such as mapping the life situations.
To have a unit of the real sense it depends on an acquisition of bond experience and also uterine pulse memory experiences, that indicates the rhythm of the pulse of the life. Such rhythm distinguishes one organism from other and singularizes it, weaving an emotional anatomy that is an external form that reflects the internal disposal.

The Daimon is the energetic dynamic that concentrates the attention between the divine and the devilish. The devilish is the dark side of the soul and what keeps the addicted dependence to the other. It brings the Dracula that obligates us to live of his blood. It is the identification with the lover.
It seems that these two forces already do not fight between them. They had made an alliance where they became almost inseparable. The alliance between the Daimon and the Dracula, or either, the creative with the sexuality, seems to be the contemporary world search.
